Let me start by saying…Conrad is awesome!!!! I got scammed by a tenant and I was so scared that it will take 3 to 6 months to evict the scammer tenant. It took Conrad to evict the scammer tenant in 34 days!!! I called 4 lawyers on day 1 and all went to voicemail except Conrad. I spoke to him the same day, he served the notice that same afternoon, had to come back twice at the property until he finally served the 3 days eviction notice;….amazing!!! I am not going into details, everyday counts and Conrad makes sure he moves fast, so I could recover the house quick and sure he did. Having my initial contact on day 1 and the tenant being evicted by the sheriff on the 34th day, that is sick and super fast!!!
